🔔 What it does:
When a customer’s account is automatically blocked due to reaching the balance limit, the Telegram bot immediately notifies the softswitch administrator or operator. Right from the chat, the admin is given an option to:

🔹 Check the reason for block
🔹 Manually assign additional credit
🔹 Unblock the customer with one click
This eliminates the need to log in to the admin interface or react to complaints — the entire process can be handled on the go via Telegram.
